RETURNS

At Motomania, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 3 day return policy, Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. If the product is defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it for an exchange or refund.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at motomanialkinfo@gmail.com. Returns must be requested and approved before sending any items back. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly. Timely reporting is important to ensure we can offer a suitable solution.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are not eligible for return. This includes custom-made or personalized products, items purchased on sale, and gift cards. In addition, products that cannot be resold due to hygiene or safety reasons may also be non-returnable. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, we recommend contacting us before making a purchase.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest and most efficient method is to return the original product first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability of stock.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
