At Motomania, we aim to process all orders efficiently and without delay. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. Please note that order processing times may vary slightly during peak periods or promotional events.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Motomania currently offers islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka, ensuring that customers can receive their orders no matter where they are located within the country. In addition, international shipping is available for selected products, although availability may vary depending on the item and destination. Delivery timelines and conditions for international orders may differ based on the destination country.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
For orders within Sri Lanka, delivery typically takes between 2–3 business days. These timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, or customs processing beyond our control.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size or weight of your order.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real time and stay updated on the delivery status.
DELAYS & ISSUES
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Motomania is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to natural events, transportation disruptions, or customs-related delays.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos and your order details so that we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist you.
